What delivery costs Free on orders of €50 or more. €22 below €50. Below the threshold the only method offered is Express Delivery. Express Delivery €22 on any order, including above the threshold, as a paid delivery option. There is no minimum order. The free-delivery threshold applies after any discount. We do not promise a separate faster transit time for express delivery; contact us before ordering if timing is critical. How long it takes Orders are packed after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, then take about 5 to 7 days in transit within Ireland. Rural addresses and the days either side of a bank holiday can add a little. The handling time is not padding: it is when the order is picked, checked and packed. If we cannot deliver on time If something means we cannot deliver your order within the time given here, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless we agreed otherwise, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order actually ships, which is not the moment you place it. If you have not had one after the handling time, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will tell you where it has got to. There is also a tracking page if you already have a code. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels. Where we deliver Across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan. If you are outside Ireland, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Address accuracy Please check the delivery address, including the Eircode, before you pay. A parcel sent to an address you gave us and returned to sender can be resent, but the second delivery is chargeable. If something goes wrong If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. The refunds and returns page sets out what happens next, and nothing on this page limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.",

This shop's own policy gives 15 days from delivery, on an unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase; the customer pays the return postage, the price and the standard delivery charge are refunded, and no handling or cancellation fee is charged. An order can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the item is received. Separately, a faulty, damaged, wrongly sent or misdescribed item is repaired, replaced or refunded with return postage paid by the shop. "content": "Refunds and Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This page describes how this shop works in plain English. It is not legal advice. Changing your mind: 14 days under Irish and EU law, 15 under our policy Irish and EU law give you 14 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind on an online purchase, without giving a reason. Our own policy goes one day further: 15 days from delivery. To use it, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number within that time, then send the goods back unused, in their original packaging, with your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. We refund what you paid for them, together with the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose Express Delivery on an order that would otherwise have shipped free, we refund the order but not the extra cost of the express upgrade. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, or is held as credit against a future order if you would rather. We do not charge a handling fee or a restocking fee on a return. Face coverings and canned air Face masks, face shields and canned air are sealed for hygiene reasons, so we can take them back only unopened and unused. The legal right to change your mind does not cover a sealed hygiene item once it has been unsealed. Faulty, damaged or not as described This part applies to everything we sell, and nothing above affects it. What we sell should arrive undamaged, do the job it is sold for, and match its description. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we put it right at no cost to you: a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage. None of this limits any right you have under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Damaged in transit If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and the item. We arrange a replacement or a refund and we cover the return postage. Photographs help us take it up with the courier, but they are not a condition of your rights. Missing items or the wrong thing sent Tell us and we fix it. If the parcel never arrives, arrives with parts missing, or contains something you did not order, that is ours to resolve and it costs you nothing. How to return something Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply with the return address and confirm who pays the postage in your case. Please contact us before sending anything back: items go back to the warehouse your order shipped from, so this makes sure the return reaches the right place and is credited to your order. We process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of the goods arriving back, and always within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling. Card issuers and PayPal usually take a few further working days to show the money on your statement. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third party retailer rather than from this website. Cancelling before dispatch Any order can be cancelled free of charge before it is dispatched. Most orders are packed within 24 hours of ordering, so contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 12 hours. Once an order has shipped, the change of mind policy above applies instead. If we cannot deliver on time If we cannot deliver your order within the time we have told you, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless we agreed otherwise, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. If we cannot agree Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the word \"complaint\" in the subject, and a person will look at it again from the start. If we still cannot resolve it, the Small Claims procedure in the District Court handles consumer claims, and the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ( ccpc.ie ) explains your rights. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.",

Who you are contracting with Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as CO2 Company Ireland. Contact: theteam@customersupport.care . Definitions \"We\" and \"us\" mean CO2 Company Ireland. \"You\" means the person or organisation placing the order. \"Goods\" means the products you have ordered. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or is not a genuine purchase. Prices and payment Prices are shown in euro and are the amount you pay for the goods. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout and is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Delivery Delivery terms, costs and timeframes are set out on the shipping page and form part of these terms. Changing your mind and returns You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under Irish and EU law, and our own policy gives you 15 days from delivery. How that works, and what happens if something is faulty, is set out on the refunds and returns page , which forms part of these terms. Using the products safely Some products in this range carry operating instructions that are not optional. An ozone machine is run only in a space with no people, pets or plants in it, which is then aired before anyone goes back in. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A CO2 monitor is a ventilation gauge and not a safety, carbon monoxide or medical device. A face mask or face shield is not a respirator or certified protective equipment. Those instructions appear on the product pages and form part of these terms. Your consumer rights If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the right to goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights. Where goods are bought for the purposes of a business rather than by a consumer, implied terms about quality and fitness for purpose are excluded to the extent the law allows. This website The content of this site is ours or licensed to us and is for your personal use in shopping here. You may not copy it for commercial use. Where a claim can be brought If you are a consumer living in Ireland, you can bring a claim in the Irish courts, including the Small Claims procedure in the District Court.
