Definitions

"We" and "us" mean CO2 Company Ireland. "You" means the person or organisation placing the order. "Goods" means the products you have ordered.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or is not a genuine purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and are the amount you pay for the goods. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is due in full at checkout and is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

Changing your mind and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind under Irish and EU law, and our own policy gives you 15 days from delivery. How that works, and what happens if something is faulty, is set out on the refunds and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using the products safely

Some products in this range carry operating instructions that are not optional. An ozone machine is run only in a space with no people, pets or plants in it, which is then aired before anyone goes back in. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A CO2 monitor is a ventilation gauge and not a safety, carbon monoxide or medical device. A face mask or face shield is not a respirator or certified protective equipment. Those instructions appear on the product pages and form part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the right to goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Where goods are bought for the purposes of a business rather than by a consumer, implied terms about quality and fitness for purpose are excluded to the extent the law allows.

The content of this site is ours or licensed to us and is for your personal use in shopping here. You may not copy it for commercial use. We may change the site and these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Where a claim can be brought

If you are a consumer living in Ireland, you can bring a claim in the Irish courts, including the Small Claims procedure in the District Court. Nothing in these terms takes that away.
