Shipping and Delivery

What delivery costs

• Free on orders of €50 or more.
• €22 below €50. Below the threshold the only method offered is Express Delivery.
• Express Delivery €22 on any order, including above the threshold, as a paid delivery option.

There is no minimum order. The free-delivery threshold applies after any discount. We do not promise a separate faster transit time for express delivery; contact us before ordering if timing is critical.

How long it takes

Orders are packed after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, then take about 5 to 7 days in transit within Ireland. Rural addresses and the days either side of a bank holiday can add a little.

The handling time is not padding: it is when the order is picked, checked and packed.

If we cannot deliver on time

If something means we cannot deliver your order within the time given here, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless we agreed otherwise, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order actually ships, which is not the moment you place it. If you have not had one after the handling time, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will tell you where it has got to. There is also a tracking page if you already have a code. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels.

Where we deliver

Across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan. If you are outside Ireland, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address, including the Eircode, before you pay. A parcel sent to an address you gave us and returned to sender can be resent, but the second delivery is chargeable.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. The refunds and returns page sets out what happens next, and nothing on this page limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
