Who we are
This site is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as CO2 Company Ireland. For anything about your personal data, email theteam@customersupport.care.
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number if you give one.
- What you ordered, when, and what you paid.
- Anything you write to us, so we can answer it and refer back to it.
- Website analytics about how pages are used, only if you allow analytics cookies.
We do not receive or store your card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems, and we see only whether the payment succeeded.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To take your order, pack it, deliver it and support it afterwards. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep. This is a legal obligation.
- To answer your questions. This is in our legitimate interest in running the shop, and in yours.
- To understand how the site is used, through analytics cookies. We do this only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment provider, the carrier, the provider that sends our order emails, and our analytics provider. Some of these process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and business record-keeping requires. Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email theteam@customersupport.care and we will respond without undue delay and within one month.
If we ever send you marketing email, every message carries a working unsubscribe link.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection regulator, at dataprotection.ie.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

How this site uses cookies, and how to change what you allow, is set out on the cookie policy page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
